The Triage Begins

So the latest inspection showed that Hive 2 is extremely LIGHT in its honey stores.  There was very little nectar, or honey.  We've made the decision to add a feeder, and hope they can make it through the winter.

We'll be feeding pollen patties through the fall to ensure both hives are bolstered enough to survive the winter.  Hive 1 has a good amount of capped honey, but with so many frames still blank, we are still concerned.
